Today's lunch is stir fried chicken over rice, with a side of stir fried sugar snap peas and carrots, and some grapes and blackberries.The 5 gold rings are slices of yellow mini bell pepper speared with some jewel picks :

Only a week until my favorite day - Christmas Eve! At our house, Christmas Eve is really the day everyone anticipates. We have a tradition of putting out a spread of Make-your-own-Sandwiches and other finger foods instead of a big sit down dinner. We pull out the same food and serve it on Christmas day too. It is HEAVEN for me! No one has to deal with a lot of cooking or dishes, so we can all just hang out together in our matching Christmas pajama pants - another of our favorite traditions : ) We play games, watch movies, and drive around to look at everyone's Christmas lights. Aaaahh! I can't wait!!!!
