Here's a perfect little healthy snack to keep on hand to keep you on track with your weight loss goals. With only 5 ingredients, they can be whipped up in the blender in a matter of minutes.

1/2 cup cashew butter (or other nut butter)
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder (or one scoop)
1/2 cup pitted dates
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon plain (non-fat greek yogurt)
Instructions
Place the dates in a small bowl and cover with warm water to soften them. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
Put the cashew butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, and greek yogurt in a food processor or blender.
After the dates have softened slightly, drain the water from them and add them to the food processor.
Process until very smooth, with a texture like clay.
Separate into 14 small pieces ( about 1 tablespoon sized), and roll into small balls.
Store in a container with a lid in the freezer or fridge until firm.
