walnuts (crushed or chopped)

. dried cranberries
1 Tbsp
. golden raisins (optional)
dressing;
2 Tbsp
. low fat mayo

Tbsp . plain greek yogurt
1 tsp
. honey
dash of salt and cracked pepper

Instructions
Whisk dressing together and pour over the first 6 ingredients, tossed together in a bowl. You can really add a little something here, or subtract a little something there in this recipe. That's often how I cook anyway! Serve over lettuce leaves.
