Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium cucumber (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 piece tiny of raw ginger root (about the size of the tip of a pinky finger)
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high until very smooth

Notes

If it's too thin for your liking, you can blend in some crushed ice to thicken it.
