bunch of raw kale (stems removed and finely chopped)

8 oz . bag of frozen shelled edamame (thawed to room temperature)
1/3 cup
of dried cranberries
cup about

( more or less (depending on taste) of salted sunflower kernels)
1/4 cup
raw (or salted cashews)

large carrot (grated)
cup about

bottled lite raspberry vinaigrette (to taste, or homemade)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss together. Cover and chill for several hours before serving, as the flavor improves over time.
