How to Make Fall Leaves from Carrots, and a Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 cup to 1/2 olive oil (or canola oil ( taste and see how much you prefer))
  • a dash of xanthan gum ( if you are gluten free (you probably have this around - if not you can omit it))

Instructions

  1. Shake all together in a salad container until well blended.
